Next Previous Selection Keyboard shortcut

When we fill up some form online we often use the tab button to go to the next input box. But if by mistake or by chance we press the tab button we move to the next field without filling the previous field and then we use our mouse to click back to the missed filled. But why using mouse and its also irritating to use mouse in between typing in the keyboard...
So what to do then... simple we press tab to go to the next now to back to the previous just press SHIFT+TAB to move back...
It not only work while filling form you can use this SHIFT+TAB shortcut for selecting next and previous also....
